Condition Chart For Cars:
Mint--Never been out of box, straight from the factory
Near Mint--Never been out of box, but may have a small blemish on it
Fair--Probably been displayed before, has either blemishes or marks on it
Poor--Either has cracks on it or bad scrapes
Condition Chart For Boxes:
Mint - Box is factory wrapped in plastic
Near Mint -- Box may show some shelf wear. Usually frayed corners and/or a few small crease marks.
Fair - Box has wear.  Usually multiple bent corners and/or crease marks (3"-8" long).
Bad - Box has been crushed from shipping.  Corners bent, crease marks, tears and possibly water damage.
